This was not clear when i booked. also, my room overlooked a bar. Loud music played until 5 am. the spa prices seemed excessive. the room i was in was also dusty.

The hotel is near boulevard haussmann , the location is excellent. the rooms were cleaned with care, and the bathrooms received the same attention. the breakfast buffet was varied , rich , and featured excellent quality items. i found the staff friendly and helpful. This added to the positive nature of my stay.
the spa was very small , it could only accommodate two people. i think a larger spa area would enhance the overall experience.

the hotel's location is quite central, with many metro stops nearby. i had easy and quick access to buses, the metro , and trains. it is a short walk to multiple tourist locations. there were many restaurants close by.

The location was excellent as multiple metro stops were nearby. My room had a comfortable massive bed. Staff gave me a bottle of champagne to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary. Breakfast was decent and provided a good variety.
The room was small. The bathroom had a bad odor. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation for steam.
